r999 Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the r999 platform and its users. By accessing services through the r999 website, mobile app or any other channel, the user is automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

This document is written in English and applies to users in Bangladesh. If you have difficulty understanding any term, you are advised to contact the r999 support team.

1.1 Definitions

In this document, "Platform" refers to all digital services of r999; "User" refers to a registered member; "Account" refers to a personal gaming account; and "Services" refers to gaming, betting and all related features.

1.2 Applicability

These terms apply to all r999 services — slots, live casino, sports betting and any bonuses or promotions. Additional terms may apply to specific services and will be noted on the relevant page.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on r999, accurate and complete information must be provided. The information given at registration is stored for verification purposes.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number and national ID details provided at registration must be correct. r999 reserves the right to suspend an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

• The mobile number must be verified via OTP
• Required documents must be submitted if identity verification is requested
• The support team must be contacted to change account details

2.3 Password Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Login details must not be shared with any third party. If any unauthorised activity is noticed on the account, r999 must be informed immediately.

3 User Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on the r999 platform:

• Age must be 21 years or older — no one under 21 may open an account or play games on r999
• The platform must be used of one's own free will
• Betting while in a state of addiction or under emotional distress must be avoided
• The payment method used on the account must be registered in the user's own name

4 Deposits and Payments

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on r999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks).

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. Amounts below this are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled automatically.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name
• Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited
• After a successful deposit, the account balance is generally updated instantly
• If there is any issue with a transaction, contact the support team immediately

5 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawing winnings from r999 must follow the platform's set process and conditions.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount by any method is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.2 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. If identity verification is incomplete or additional security review is needed, it may take longer.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the account deposit
• Bonus-linked balance cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirement is met
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification documents are submitted
• If suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal may be held until an investigation is complete

6 Bonuses and Promotions

r999 offers a welcome bonus for new members: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives an extra ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: depositing ৳40,200 gives a bonus of ৳20,000, total balance ৳60,200, and wagering requirement ৳20,000 × 15 = ৳3,00,000.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own separate terms
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled
• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or game categories
• r999 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer
• If the balance reaches zero before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled automatically

7 Gaming Rules

Various types of games are available on the r999 platform — slots, live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti), sports betting and fishing games. Each game has its own rules which should be understood before starting to play.

7.1 Finality of Results

Game results are considered final and cannot generally be changed. In the case of a technical error, r999 reserves the right to make a decision through investigation.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted. These limits may change at certain times or for certain events.

7.3 Sports Betting

For cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and tennis betting, bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled after an event has started. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

8 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on r999. If detected, the account may be closed and the associated balance forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses and promotions
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Using any software or technology to manipulate game results
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems
• Disturbing or harassing other users
• Operating an account on behalf of, or for use by, anyone under 21 years of age

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 r999's Authority

r999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms
• Providing a false identity or information
• Suspicion of illegal activity or fraud
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Court or government order

9.2 Closure at User's Request

Any user may close their account of their own accord. The support team must be contacted for this. Pending bets or withdrawal requests must be settled before the account is closed.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for more than 12 months, the account may be declared inactive. The balance of an inactive account will be preserved, but verification may be required to reactivate it.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

• All data is transmitted securely via SSL encryption
• Payment information is stored on secured servers
• Data is not sold or transferred to third parties

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 Setting Your Own Limits

12 Limitation of Liability

r999 is not liable in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault
• If loss occurs due to a problem with the user's own device or network
• If loss occurs due to third-party software or services
• If any loss occurs because the user did not comply with the terms
• If the user's information or account is compromised due to unauthorized access (provided r999's own security measures were in place)

12.1 Service Interruption

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons. For bets that are in progress during this time, r999 will endeavour to ensure a reasonable resolution.

13 Changes to Terms

r999 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.
